Refund Policy

CreateCourseWithAI ("CCAI") offers AI-powered digital services that allocate computational and processing resources upon use. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are governed by the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

A 100% refund may be requested only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The user has successfully completed payment for a package, and
  • The user has not initiated course generation, including but not limited to:
    - Clicking "Generate Course"
    - Initiating video generation
    - Triggering AI content creation workflows
    - Consuming any AI credits associated with the package
Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Course generation has started
  • AI resources have been allocated or consumed
  • Partial or complete course assets have been generated
  • Dissatisfaction after content generation
  • Change of mind after initiating creation
  • Failure to review available free tools prior to purchase
Refund Request Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to payment provider timelines.

Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

CreateCourseWithAI reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected misuse, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of platform terms.
